Creating a shortcut to start Kiosk2Go full screen

When you open a URL to start Kiosk2Go in a browser, tabs and a location bar are typically shown at the top of the window. These extra UI features take up screen space, which may mean some of your controls are pushed off the screen at the bottom of the window. If you create a web shortcut to a Kiosk2Go page, when it is opened, Kiosk2Go is started full screen, allowing the maximum available space for your controls.
