Setting up user access for Kiosk2Go

When you start Kiosk2Go on your mobile device, you will be asked to log on. A valid user name and, if appropriate, password, must be specified. The user must have been granted the Network Control Access permission, plus access to the Kiosk2Go devices you want them to use.

To set up user access for Kiosk2Go

1. On the File menu, click User Accounts.

   The Edit Project Users dialog box is displayed.

   

2. Double-click the user name you want to use for Kiosk2Go, or click Create to create a new user.

   The Edit User dialog box is displayed.

   

3. In the Network Control Access list, click Allowed.
4. Under Exported Kiosk2Go devices this user can access, select check boxes next to the devices you want the user to be able to access in Kiosk2Go.

   If you select more than one device, the user will be prompted to choose a device when they log on to Kiosk2Go.

5. Click OK.
