Introduction

The iPhone is a touch screen device made by Apple Inc. For more information, see apple.com/iphone.

The NWare iPhone device allows you to control an NWare project from an iPhone. It works in conjunction with an nControl unit or an nTouch 180 unit, which hosts the Kiosk pages from the NWare project.

Notes:

In the example below, users can control the audio system via any of the Apple devices. To use a set up like this, your NWare project will need to contain two iPhone Mobile Display devices and two iPad Mobile Display devices, each configured to contact the corresponding Apple device. You will also need an nControl node, two NioNodes and an amplifier device.

The iPhone sections in the NWare User Guide will explain how to add an iPad to your design and configure it. If you require only reference information on the iPhone device, see iPhone Device in the NWare Device Reference.
