Restarting the ControlManager application

ControlManager is the main MediaMatrix software application that resides on the nTouch 180 unit. When you want to restart this application, as an alternative to rebooting the nTouch 180 unit, you can restart ControlManager and leave the hardware powered up.

To restart the ControlManager application

1. Open the web interface, then navigate to the Special screen.
2. Under Restart ConMan, click Restart it.

   You will be asked to confirm the action.

3. Click Yes.

   You will be asked to log on.

4. Specify your username and password. The default username is superuser; it has no password.
