How control aliases are used in Kiosk2Go

By default, each control inside a Kiosk2Go Layout device is assigned a control alias automatically when the project is emulated or deployed. Each alias starts with a tilde (~) and is numbered. For example: ~131915592. The alias for a control is displayed on the Wiring tab.

If you prefer, you can assign your own more meaningful aliases to controls, like gain1 or fader3, for example. This makes it easier to work with the controls in an external program when you are using a control protocol, like RATC.
