Enhancements
NION
Core dump produced automatically when a crash occurs
When a problem occurs that crashes the NION, a core dump file is now automatically created in the FTP directory. This contains details of the crash that will help MediaMatrix Technical Support diagnose the problem.
The three most recent dump files are kept.
Bug fixes
NION
888 - PIOND crashed ramdomly
A fix has been added to address the problem of random PIOND crashes. Evidence of these crashes was seen in the NION log, indicated by the message 'piond' has exited of its own accord.
nControl
889 - NWare redeploy hung when multiple RATC clients were connected to nControl
When an nControl had been configured to allow RATC connections, and several RATC clients were connected, redeploying the project caused the deploy process to hang.
Known issues
NWare
266 - Foreign language characters are corrupted by NWare
When you type characters with diacritics, such as š and ý, into a string control, they are corrupted when the project is emulated or deployed.
