Downloading the installation files

If you have been supplied a CD or DVD containing the NWare and Kiosk installation software, you can start the installation process. Otherwise, follow the procedure below to download the installation files from the MediaMatrix website before you begin installing.

To download the installation files

1. Open a web browser.
2. Go to http://www.peaveycommercialaudio.com/products.cfm/Software/NWare-Software/NWare-Software.
3. Under Software, click the version of NWare or Kiosk you want to download and install.

   Note: NWare and Kiosk do not run on Mac (Macintosh) operating systems.

4. If a security warning is displayed, follow the onscreen instructions to continue with the download.
5. Save the installer MSI file to your PC hard disk.
6. Repeat the above steps for the other MSI files you want to download.
