Exporting pages from an NWare project

In order to make pages from your NWare project available to Kiosk users, the pages must be exported to a page group, and then the users must be granted access permissions to the page group. The pages are still stored within the NWare .npa file, but they will be made available when you load the project into Kiosk.

To export pages from an NWare project

1. Right-click the page tab, and then click Export Page.

   

   The Export Page dialog box is displayed.

   

2. Select the Export page with Group Name check box.
3. If you want to use an existing group, click the group name in the list.

   If you want to create a new group, type the group name in the list.

   Notes:

   • The group name cannot contain certain characters, including *, / or \. A warning will be displayed if you use these characters.
   • In order for a Kiosk user to be able to access the page you are exporting, they must be a member of the group you specify. For information on adding users to the group, see Setting the preferences in user accounts.

4. Click OK.
