  1. Log on to the PC as an administrator user.
  2. Open Windows Explorer.
  3. Browse to the NWare <version> folder.
  4. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties.

    The NWare <version> Properties dialog box is displayed.

  5. Click the Security tab.
  6. Click Advanced.

    The Advanced Security Settings for NWare <version> dialog box is displayed.

  7. Click Edit.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Under Permission entries, click Users (<computer name>\Users).
  10. Click Edit.

    The NWare <version> Properties dialog box is displayed.

  11. Under Permissions, select the Allow check boxes next to the following permissions:
    • Traverse folder / execute file
    • List folder / read data
    • Read attributes
    • Read extended attributes
    • Create files / write data
    • Create folders / append data
    • Write attributes
    • Write extended attributes
  12. Click OK to close the Permission Entry dialog box, and then repeatedly to close the remaining dialog boxes.
