Instead of using a switch, you can connect the CAB CobraNet port directly to the CobraNet port on your NION. However, this type of direct connection requires a crossover cable. For more information, we recommend that you search the internet.
Note: With this direct connection method, you cannot connect more than one CAB product to NION CobraNet card. This type of connection is normally used for testing and troubleshooting and has limited advantages in actual system installations.
