1. Connect to the NION nE via the serial port.
2. Specify a new IP address and reboot the unit.

Need to manually erase role (because NION is constantly rebooting, for example).

1. Connect to the NION nE via the serial port or via telnet.
2. Manually erase the role and reboot the NION.
