CM1/CM2 Persistance Problem

I have problems with the low latency setting (2,66ms). After the secnd power cycle the CAB4n loose their settings and the latency settings change to the default 5,33ms.
I checked this with the NION firmware 2.9.12 and 2.9.16 with the CM1 and CM2 board.
You can see in Disco that after the first power cycle the check mark from "Persistance" is lost. After the second power cycle the latency setting changes to 5,33ms.
The problem only occures with the NION! If you connect the CABs without a NION (for example with a crossover cable) the CABs do not loose their settings!
