1.4.0 Beta 1 is available here:

We've found that it is working under Vista for some people, but not all. We believe that it works if you have Microsoft Visual Studio installed, but not otherwise. If your experience is different, please let us know. We should have this cleaned up for the next Beta release.

Renamed the X-Control 4s to X-Control 4S Switch Mode
Moved the snapshot device to the Presets group.
Renamed device "Panel Block" to GUI Block"
Moved the Room Combiner Device to the Processors group
Fixed the copying of settings on first run.
Added Accelerator hints to the right-click menu
Minor installer improvements
Fixed the missing control nodes on the Control Block devices
Ctrl-click and drag of devices now requires a longer drag distance to prevent accidental duplication during multiple selection.
Fixed the expression label toolbar button.
While in wiring mode, you can now use the shift+arrow keys to move blocks.
Renamed the file/properties menu item "Project Properties"
Added a brief description of how to assign roles to the deploy dialog
Subchannel mapping for CAB's now works
Fixed a problem with the CAB 8i, selecting 3dB now really gives you 3dB
Modified the Upload and Connect dialog boxes to make more sense.
