Topic: N3 - KTG not able to Connect. RATC2 is enabled.
I have an N3 that I am setting up KTG on it. I have my KTG device setup, user account setup, RATC2 setup as my network protocol, but I am not able to even bring up the Kiosk to Go login page. We have other units where we are successfully setup KTG and it works well so I understand the protocols and instructions ok.
I can access the web interface control page fine, but when I hit the Kiosk2Go link, I get "webpage is not available". Using Chrome on my Ipad and Desktop and those connect fine to other KTG machines.
I just updated this device to 1.7.1 today and and still cannot get logged in. Could it be possible this particular device has an internal problem going in ?
