Causes of XDAB OUT port data error

I wanted to confirm the nature of the following error message:

piond/xdab/manager    OUT port data error

We have reports of Full Scale Digital noise on outputs that correlates with these log entries on one NioNode.

I have seen posts that imply this is a cable issue. We replaced all XDAB cables with new certified cables and are testing now. We also changed the cable routing from: 1->2->3->4->5->6->1  to  1->3->5->6->4->2->1 to eliminate the long run from Nion#6 to Nion#1.

The odd thing is that upon analysis with a Fluke tester, the old cables do not show problems and BW headroom measurements are in the range of 20dB which is comparable to the new cables installed.

Any reasons I might see this error?
